Why borrow from us

We know that every borrower is different, which is why we have the flexibility to consider the broadest range of circumstances.

As long as there is suitable security and a clear exit by way of a sale or refinance, (which LendCorp will also be able to help with), we are happy to consider the loan, subject to certain criteria.

LendCorps' HNW/UHNW borrowers tend to only need to borrow funds for the short term i.e. 6-12 months.  In exchange for speed and efficiency, they are willing to pay high interest rates.

Getting access to money from the banks and traditional bridging lenders often takes months;  by then, the deal has most likely passed the client by and the opportunity to make money is lost.

By providing borrowers with access to liquidity quickly, we can help them achieve their goals.

We provide our borrowers with quick and reliable decisions. If a loan meets our criteria, we move quickly and efficiently and if it doesn’t, we tell the client straight away. We never give a “slow no”.

When it comes to any sort of bridging loan, we understand that speed and transparency is everything so whether the borrower wants to speak to us before they purchase or once they have secured the property, we can present them with all the different options and the next steps.
